"Eggplant Bearded Iris" - original fine art detailed botanical floral artwork

This original mixed media artwork on toned paper was made using colored pencil and acrylic paint.  In this piece, the artist attempted to capture the delicate folds and variegated colors found in the bearded iris. The artwork shows the darkest purples to the lightest shades of pinks and purples. The original piece has been mounted and matted with a white matboard and framed in a white frame, and measures approximately 12"x16" with the frame.
